Responsibilities
Responsible for smooth operation of a specific amount of table games within a gaming pit(s) to include:
<ul>
<li>Offers the highest possible level of customer service resulting in a maximum level of player enjoyment and return play.</li>
<li>Monitors and adjusts table game limits with respect to gaming volume.</li>
<li>Responsible for handling customer requests, including information, markers, and comps.</li>
<li>Ensures accuracy of all monetary transactions.</li>
<li>Responsible for compliance with all Seminole Gaming's Compliance and Regulations and Federal CTR &amp; SARC regulations.</li>
<li>Responsible for specific table games scheduling for Dealers.</li>
<li>Responsible for maintaining a high level of subordinate performance and productivity.</li>
<li>Responsible for customer enjoyment and satisfaction.</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Five (5) years table game experience required. </li>
<li>Two (2) years in a Dual-Rated management level capacity or above is preferred. </li>
<li>Must be knowledgeable in all primary casino games and most secondary games. </li>
<li>Must possess excellent communication and customer service skills. </li>
<li>Required exposure to casino related environmental factors, including but not limited to, second hand smoke, excessive noise, and stress related to servicing customers in a high pressure and fast paced environment.</li>
<li>Must be able to stand for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the Casino and/or Hotel areas. </li>
<li>Ability to read and understand all Seminole Tribe of Florida policies and procedures and ability to complete standard Seminole Tribe of Florida forms and reports are required. </li>
<li>Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities.</li>
