What you will do:
As a Professional Surveyor and Mapper, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of field and office staff for multiple projects, and clients from proposal, through production, until final deliverables.&nbsp; This is a hands-on, project responsible position, and will focus on our public and private client base. &nbsp;You will also be responsible for proposal writing, business development, and staff development. This role is the key point of contact between KEITH and our clients.

What You Bring to KEITH:

Statement of Purpose: The Program Specialist 1 is an entry-level position for CAN Community Health's Education &amp; Prevention Team that focuses on the provision of program services including but not limited to HIV/STI testing, health education, and community outreach. This position reports directly to the HIV Prevention Program Manager.
 
Primary Tasks:

<li>Provides HIV/STI/Hepatitis C testing and pre- and post-test counseling in both clinic and community-based settings. Accurately documents the provision of testing in the electronic medical record and on paper as required.</li>
<li>Provides education on Pre-exposure Prophylaxis to clients and community members and navigates clients for Pre-exposure Prophylaxis program.</li>
<li>Serves as a representative of CAN Community Health during community-based outreach events. Conducts tabling and provides health education and testing as appropriate.</li>
<li>Distributes condoms to community members and partner organizations.</li>
<li>Collaborates with other disciplines internally and externally to coordinate client/patient services and community needs.</li>
<li>Ensures client confidentiality 100% of the time by conforming to HIPAA laws and CAN Community Health Policies and Procedures.</li>
<li>Drives and maintains the mobile sprinter unit as needed/applicable.</li>
<li>Accurately documents and maintains records as related to grant efforts, including but not limited to time spent.</li>

Secondary Tasks:

<li>Participates in professional training and education to advance skills/knowledge of HIV/STIs/Hepatitis C. </li>
<li>Maintains required certifications for the provision of services including but not limited to testing, as required by state/local health department.</li>
<li>Supports CAN Community Health's efforts to develop new partnerships and partnership agreements in assigned region/territory.</li>
<li>Represents CAN Community Health at local, state, and national conferences and meetings, as deemed necessary.</li>
<li>Prepares HIV home test kits for distribution and utilizes appropriate forms and platforms to provide HIPAA compliant support to clients participating in the tele-testing program.</li>
<li>Conducts online health education through the use of dating geolocation applications for CAN's virtual outreach program.</li>
<li>Participates in special projects and initiatives and other duties as assigned. </li>

 Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating children with various physical disabilities, working closely with families and other healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes for our young patients.

You Will:
<ul>
<li>Perform a variety of tasks involving the operation of mammographic equipment and other equipment/devices with adherence to established company policies and protocols.</li>
<li>Perform high quality radiologic exams on incoming patients.</li>
<li>Produce high quality diagnostic images in a timely manner while providing excellent patient care.</li>
<li>Understand and use compression, exposure modes, filter, KvP, Mas, grid selection, focal spot size, AEC selection, photo cell selection and other adjustments and factors on the equipment in order to produce high quality images.</li>
<li>Monitor patients’ well- being during exams; recognize patient discomfort or medical problems and take appropriate action.</li>
<li>Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.</li>
<li>Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.</li>
</ul>

To Ensure Success In This Role, You Must Have:
