Summary Objective
Under limited supervision, responsible for planning, organizing, budgeting and implementing the City's urban and community planning programs or current planning operations. Responsibilities include research and preparation of reports for such items as land use, economic base, transportation, urban design and precinct plans, zoning and subdivision regulations; directing studies related to neighborhood renewal, economic development, landscape planning and other physical planning; directing a systematic database, demographic projects, and ongoing evaluation of alternative planning strategies available to the City. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in urban or regional planning, public administration, architecture or a closely related field and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in urban planning, urban design or related discipline, or any equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 
Two (2) years of supervisory experience. 
A valid Florida driver's license is required. 
American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification or registration as an architect is highly desirable.

Job Description 
The Brand Development Manager is the primary franchise sales support and guide for the Brand. They are also responsible for creating and reviewing the Butler report, passing leads to RVP’s, hosting Discovery Day tours, and acts as the brand’s primary tradeshow backup person. About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated LPN to join our team As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing quality care to our patients and ensuring their overall well-being. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, administer medications, and monitor patient progress. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be essential to your success in this role. Ultimately, your work will contribute to the high standard of care we provide to our patients.
Job Duties:

<li>Follows the nursing care plan for each assigned patients</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Observes the patients; evaluates the care of the patients; applies his/her knowledge of nursing skills to the patients to whom he/she is assigned</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Accurately reports and records the patients’ condition and care, including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prepares clinical/progress notes on the day of the visit and incorporates it in the clinical record weekly; prepares summaries in cooperation with the RN supervisor.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assists the patients with the activities of daily living while teaching appropriate self-care techniques</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provides and maintains a safe environment for the patients</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Provides optimum physical and emotional environment</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Assists the physician and Registered Nurse in complex nursing situations and performing specialized procedures</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prepares equipment and materials for treatments observing aseptic technique as required</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Participates in case conference, in-service, and other programs and meetings as needed</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Performs within limits of preparation and experience</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Confirm, on a weekly basis, the scheduling of visits with the nurse to coordinate necessary visits with other personnel</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Perform treatments as assigned per physician's plan of care. An LVN/LPN may perform only those treatments for which they are qualified by training and experience to perform. If an LVN/LPN provides IV therapy or other technical procedure not included in routine LVN/LPN training courses, they must first show documentation of competency/experience signed by an RN, physician, or specific training program director</li>

Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Graduate of an approved program of practical/vocational Nursing</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Licensed as a licensed graduate Practical Nurse in the state where practicing</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>One (1) year of experience as a nurse</li>
</ul>
