Compliance &amp; Accuracy
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with Compliance on documentation requests and workflow support.</li>
<li>Serve as the on-site point person for compliance-related issues and interact with the company's third-party compliance consulting firms.</li>
<li>Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Proactively follow up on compliance-related action items to ensure deadlines are met.</li>
</ul>
AI &amp; Tool Utilization
<ul>
<li>Use AI tools to improve efficiency in drafting, summarizing, organizing, and task management (while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality).</li>
<li>Help identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:
Required
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree required (Business Administration or related field preferred)</li>
<li>1+ years of experience in administrative support, project coordination, operations support, or similar role.</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.</li>
<li>Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.</li>
<li>Self-starter with the ability to work independently and follow through without close supervision.</li>
<li>Adaptable, flexible, and comfortable working across different departments and project types.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets especially).</li>
<li>Comfortable using AI tools responsibly to increase productivity (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.).</li>
</ul>
Preferred
<ul>
<li>Experience supporting compliance, accounting, or regulated business processes.</li>
<li>Experience with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Trello, ClickUp, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience with documentation/SOP creation.</li>
