Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead branch/region strategy to drive growth, profitability, and performance</li>
<li>Manage budgets, P&amp;L, collections, and cost-control initiatives</li>
<li>Oversee operations and project execution to ensure quality and efficiency</li>
<li>Develop and implement annual business and marketing plans</li>
<li>Maintain compliance with corporate processes, systems, and standards</li>
<li>Conduct performance reviews, develop talent, and manage retention risks</li>
</ul>
Experience &amp; Education:
<ul>
<li>Seven (7) or more years of industry-related experience</li>
<li>Three (3) or more years of progressive management or leadership experience</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent years of experience</li>
<li> Valid driver's license required</li>
</ul>

Job Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the club, including revenue growth, team development, member satisfaction, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Drive Membership Sales: Consistently achieve and exceed revenue goals by leading from the front and coaching the team to sell with confidence and urgency.</li>
<li>Lead, Develop &amp; Motivate Your Team: Recruit, train, and mentor team members while creating a culture of accountability, positivity, and performance.</li>
<li>Execute Club Operations: Oversee all aspects of daily operations to ensure a clean, safe, and high-energy environment that exceeds member expectations.</li>
<li>Member Experience: Ensure top-tier customer service, handle escalated member concerns, and create a welcoming environment for all.</li>
<li>Performance Reporting &amp; KPIs: Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly performance metrics and drive improvements through action plans.</li>
<li>Collaboration with Regional Leadership: Align with district and regional leadership on growth goals, compliance, and operational strategies.</li>
<li>Community Outreach: Represent the brand locally by building partnerships, attending events, and driving traffic to the club.</li>
