JOB SUMMARY
The duties of the Inventory Commodity Clerk include but are not limited to running accurate production numbers and communicating with the commodity manager with any inbound and quality concerns on product.
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
JOB SPECIFIC DUTIES

<li>Verify all orders have been received from the sales department. Run production numbers that are in the system.</li>
<li>Check priority loads provided by transportation, and assure that finished goods will be completed by the time requested.</li>
<li>Monitor production to ensure time/schedules are being met.</li>
<li>Check product inbound with commodity manager.</li>
<li>Work with QC to ensure quality standards are met.</li>
<li>Complete all necessary paperwork in a neat, accurate and timely manner.</li>

RESPONSIBILITIES

<li>Responsible for communicating to supervisor/manager on any order changes.</li>
<li>Responsible for communicating to supervisor/manager on any inbound changes.</li>
<li>Responsible for communicating to supervisor/manager if product is not available and or does not meet quality standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate physical count in warehouse. Rotate inventory by received dates.</li>
<li>File daily order changes.</li>
<li>Maintain needed supplies of production documents such as inventory sheets, production scheduling sheets, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain a neat, organized work area.</li>
<li>Assist with production process when needed.</li>
<li>Follow safety policies/procedures.</li>
<li>Inform supervisor of unsafe conditions or acts.</li>
<li>Follow attendance and other company policies/procedures.</li>

POSITION SUMMARY
The Maintenance Administrator is responsible for overseeing clerical duties within the facility and supporting the Maintenance staff by assisting with the day-to-day operations. This role will report to, and collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on a consistent basis.

Compensation: We offer base plus commission or contract only commission plans. The Sr. Sales Rep has the potential to earn anywhere between $80,000 - $200,000+ per year, with top earners exceeding $250,000++. 3MG Sales Representatives:

<li>Customer-centric role requiring face-to-face interactions with prospective clients.</li>
<li>Work directly with homeowners to assess damage, provide estimates, and collaborate with the production team.</li>
<li>Experience:</li>
<li>Proven success in sales (ideally in roofing, solar, or service-related industries).</li>
<li>Experience in Residential Roofing Sales, ideally in both insurance and retail.</li>
<li>Prior door-to-door roofing sales experience is highly preferred.</li>
<li>3+ years of outside sales experience.</li>
<li>Ability to climb a ladder to inspect roofing shingles.</li>
<li>Experience in customer service and conflict resolution.</li>
