QUALIFICATIONS

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Agriculture, Food Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.</li>
<li>A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role within the fresh produce or food manufacturing industry.</li>
<li>Experience with ERP, WMS, and CMMS software, such as Famous and Redzone, is a plus.</li>
<li>Proven experience as a Plant Manager or in a similar leadership role.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain management.</li>
<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li>Proficient in financial management and budgeting.</li>
<li>Knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.</li>
