Job Summary: The Branch General Manager – West Palm Beach will lead and manage day-to-day operations for our integrated systems team, overseeing installation and servicing in commercial settings. In addition to managing and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders, this role will ensure that all systems, personnel, and resources are efficiently coordinated to provide effective integrated systems, while driving positive culture change within the branch to align with corporate values and goals. 
Duties and Responsibilities: 
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with commercial clients, project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.</li>
<li>Lead and manage the operations team, including installation technicians, service technicians, and support staff, ensuring achievement of service targets and performance metrics.</li>
<li>Drive efforts to maximize branch profitability through effective operational oversight, cost control, team performance management, and implementing strategies that improve financial performance.</li>
<li>Prepare and manage operations budget. Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures. Analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.</li>
<li>Manage the scheduling and dispatching of service technicians for routine maintenance and emergency repairs, ensuring a timely response to clients and an efficient resolution of issues.</li>
<li>Oversee installation and service operations to meet company and industry standards, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly, while managing work in progress to achieve revenue forecasts.</li>
<li>Manage inventory and daily parts assignments while building and maintaining relationships with clients and vendors.</li>
<li>Develop, implement, and monitor operational policies and quality assurance programs to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.</li>
<li>Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and regulations, and to address potential issues.</li>
<li>Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, employee relations, and customer experiences.</li>
<li>Lead cultural transformation at the branch, fostering alignment with corporate values, goals, and standards to drive consistent performance and engagement.</li>
<li>Foster a positive and motivated team culture, promoting collaboration and innovation.</li>
<li>Recruit, hire, and train new staff, while providing timely and constructive performance evaluations.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe and organized work environment by promoting safety practices and overseeing technicians to maintain clean, hazard-free job sites</li>
<li>Perform additional duties as required to support business needs.</li>
</ul>
Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.</li>
<li>Minimum of 5 years’ commercial integrated security operations experience. </li>
<li>Requires supervisory or leadership experience, including managing employees and subcontractors, and building strong relationships with team members and vendors.</li>
<li>Act as a hands-on change leader who thrives on improving systems, elevating team morale, and building a culture that supports growth and high performance.</li>
<li>Skilled with the MS Office suite. Experience with Salesforce is a plus.</li>
<li>Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.</li>
<li>Efficiently manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously while sustaining high performance.</li>
<li>Collaborative team player who places a high priority on internal and external customer service.</li>
<li>Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Pass a drug screen and background check. </li>
<li>Valid driver's license with a driving record that meets insurance requirements.</li>
<li>Proof of personal vehicle insurance to include automobile liability and property damage coverage.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation.</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Remain stationary at a desk, standing, and moving from place to place for prolonged periods. </li>
<li>Move equipment and materials up to 25 pounds.</li>
<li>Observe details at close range.</li>
<li>Handle products, take notes, operate technology, and present information.</li>
<li>Read documents and presentations using electronic devices and hard copy materials while interacting with others.</li>
<li>Exchange accurate information in person, over the phone, in writing, and electronically.</li>
<li>Communicate clearly and articulately for presentations and interpersonal interactions so others will understand. </li>
<li>Drive to work, client sites, and as business needs require.</li>
<li>Navigate uneven or slippery surfaces or both.</li>
<li>Safely ascend and descend stairs and ladders as needed.</li>
<li>Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach for extended periods.</li>
</ul>
Job Type: Full-time, exempt 
Work/Base Location: West Palm Beach, FL
Work Hours/Availability: Core hours are 7 AM – 4 PM. Must have the ability to work outside of these hours to support business needs. 
Travel: 35%
