Sunshine Auto Center is seeking an Auto Detailer to join our team! 
40+ hours / weekly - Monday through Friday
Job Requirements:

<li>Must have at least 2+ years experience detailing, refinishing, and reconditioning vehicles.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge and skill on how to operate both orbital and rotary buffers.</li>
<li>Must have knowledge and skill on how to operate a DA sander. (Wet/Dry Sanding)</li>
<li>Must have a strong work ethic and positive attitude.</li>
<li>Must have a valid Florida drivers license.</li>
<li>Must follow safety policies and procedures as well as keep work area neat and clean at all times.</li>
<li>Must be willing to undergo a simple background check.</li>
</ul>
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Wet sand either by hand or using a DA sander.</li>
<li>Buff panels using an orbital or rotary buffer.</li>
<li>Clean interior using quality cleaning products.</li>
<li>Wash/Dry vehicles.</li>
<li>Move cars in and out when shop opens and closes.</li>
</ul>
Note: All of the reconditioning and buffing materials are provided.
The Auto Detailer must be willing to multi-task when there are no current vehicles to recondition.
Multi-tasking Objectives consists of:

<li>Cleaning/Sweeping shop</li>
<li>Pick-Up/Drop-Off customers using company vehicle</li>
<li>Pick-Up/Drop-Off fleet vans/trucks (Comcast, One Hour A/C)</li>
<li>Run simple errands for shop needs using company vehicle (coffee, water, toilet paper, etc.)</li>
<li>Assist Service Writer with what he needs.</li>

<li>Hold daily/weekly virtual and onsite meetings with advisors, and technicians to discuss workload and expectations for the day/week. Discuss customer service, billing, irregularities, communication, and recognition</li>
<li>Attend monthly staff meetings, discuss previous month’s financials, customer service results, turn times, and forecast for next month’s business</li>
<li>Conduct performance discussions with staff on expectations, priorities, ensuring they are meeting core roles, maintaining a standard level of utilization and billing at the appropriate level</li>
<li>Review monthly performance with focus on turn time and fixed right first trip with advisors, discuss impact strengths and opportunities</li>
<li>Follow up on the performance and processing of all customer bill, and warranty work to ensure we are exceeding goals and achieving deadlines set</li>
<li>Complete all annual reviews prior to the due date</li>
<li>Schedule and follow up on all training requirements for administrative and technician staff, to include testing, webinars, internal/vendor provided certification and training</li>

Customer Service Accountabilities and Responsibilities

<li>Reach out to customers, including equipment managers and superintendents, to gain insight into service performance.</li>
<li>Follow up with customers on negative feedback from RSS data</li>
<li>Monitor advisor calls to determine quality of service being offered</li>
</ul>
Process Accountabilities and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Coordinate with admin team to schedule all service work, consistently monitoring the capacity of the department, available technicians and the needs of the customers’</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Team on progress of repairs to determine if completion times are still accurate, then communicate customer status</li>
<li>Obtain authorization for repairs before repairs are conducted and document thoroughly on repair order authorization form with date, time, name and signatures or initials of person giving authorization for work to be completed</li>
<li>In coordination with the team’s advisor group, contact vendors and machine shops to facilitate repair of outsourced equipment</li>
<li>Follow up on the scheduling of service calls for repaired units, ensure advisors are discussing the completed repairs with customer, and verify contact for customer satisfaction survey follow up</li>
</ul>
Vendor Accountabilities and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Prepare team for monthly TAC calls, ensure team follows up on cases with Vendors weekly</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Warranty Administrator to monitor vendor warranty claims process</li>
<li>Coordinate with the Warranty Administrator on the return of defective parts through the RGA issuing process, track the return, and send to vendor for reimbursement</li>
<li>Communicate with vendors on a consistent basis, following up on any deficiencies, or needs</li>
<li>Manage Vendor rework reports ensuring timely completion.</li>

To be considered for this role, a candidate should meet the following minimal requirements:

<li>Minimum High school and training at vocational, technical trade school or training seminars in the Commercial Turf Industry</li>
<li>Minimum of five years experience in a related field experience</li>
<li>Must be well organized and able to create a daily/weekly plan based on overall workload</li>

<li>Requires strong leadership skills with good administrative skills</li>
<li>Must have the ability to read and analyze documents and procedure manuals</li>

We are seeking experienced and licensed Master Plumbers to lead plumbing operations and ensure compliance with all applicable codes and regulations. This role requires advanced technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a strong understanding of complex plumbing systems in residential, commercial, and industrial environments.
Responsibilities

<li>Oversee and perform complex plumbing installations, repairs, and system upgrades</li>
<li>Supervise and mentor plumbers, apprentices, and technicians</li>
<li>Ensure all plumbing work meets local, state, and federal plumbing codes</li>

Job Description
Air Engineers is seeking an experienced Field Service Representative (FSR) serving as a technical expert and trusted resource for our American Standard dealer network in central and south Florida. This role provides hands-on technical support, leads structured training programs, and supports service excellence initiatives that improve dealer capability and customer satisfaction. The FSR partners closely with the Technical Services team to coordinate technical support activities, investigate product performance issues, and ensure accurate documentation and service records are maintained in accordance with company standards.
Essential Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Provide timely technical support to dealers and technicians via phone, email, and onsite assistance.</li>
<li>Deliver and reinforce service bulletins, technical updates, and product alerts to the dealer network.</li>
<li>Develop, organize, and conduct technical training programs for service and installation technicians, including new product introductions and best-practice service procedures.</li>
<li>Support the sales organization by assisting with key customer relationships and technical consultation.</li>
<li>Investigate product performance concerns and First Notice events; document findings and report quality issues as required.</li>
<li>Manage and support corrective action programs, concessions, and warranty-related activities for local dealers.</li>
<li>Respond promptly and professionally to consumer inquiries and escalated service complaints.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate service documentation, training records, and technical reports in accordance with company and manufacturer standards.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service processes and dealer support effectiveness</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
Minimum Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's Degree or technical certification in HVAC, electrical, or related field preferred
Minimum Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HVAC or related technical field. Prior experience with Trane Technologies products or similar HVAC systems preferred.
Skills and Competencies:

<li>Strong technical skills in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems</li>
<li>Proficiency reading and interpreting technical manuals and schematics.</li>
<li>Good communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Proficiency with HVAC diagnostic tools and software.</li>
<li>Basic knowledge of computer systems and Microsoft Office</li>
<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li>
</ul>
Certifications:
<ul>
<li>Must have a valid Driver’s License</li>
<li>EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification.</li>
<li>Additional HVAC-related certifications (e.g., NATE, HVAC Excellence) are beneficial.</li>
