4. Equipment and Logistics:

<li>Ensure proper use of company-owned equipment on each project site.</li>

5. Training and Development:
<ul>
<li>Implement and maintain company standards for installation methods across all projects.</li>
<li>Assist in training employees to maximize their potential.</li>
<li>Train foremen to manage projects according to company requirements and systems properly.</li>
</ul>
6. Issue Resolution and Communication:
<ul>
<li>Identify conflicts/issues in construction job-site progress and communicate them to field supervisors, project managers, and customers, providing resolutions.</li>
<li>Follow up with project managers and foremen to ensure subcontractors correct all identified issues on job sites.</li>
</ul>
7. Site Management:
<ul>
<li>Ensure that job sites are always kept clean and organized.</li>
<li>Maintain daily electronic logs of activities on job sites with the superintendent project report list.</li>
<li>Review completion lists with onsite foreman to ensure project completions.</li>
<li>Attend pre-construction and weekly jobsite meetings if the foreman is unable to attend.</li>
<li>Identify work areas outside the subcontracted scope with foremen.</li>

8. Administrative Duties:
<ul>
<li>Manage the time and attendance system (ADP) by ensuring all team members clock in and out correctly each week.</li>
<li>Ensure all timesheets for assigned employees are corrected and sent to HR before payroll each week.</li>
<li>Coordinate and manage the rental equipment required for tasks on the job site, keeping the budget in mind.</li>
</ul>
 
Qualifications:

<li>Must be able to provide onsite directions to and resolve problems among sub-contractors, vendors, and Clark Electric employees.</li>
<li>Must be able to identify deficiencies in work performed and provide resolutions.</li>

POSITON SUMMARY
