 What You’ll Own
As our Senior Bookkeeper, you’ll be the financial backbone of Joshua Tree, ensuring every transaction, every project, and every purchase is tracked, analyzed, and optimized. You will:

<li>Lead Bookkeeping Operations in QuickBooks and Jobber</li>
<li>Build, maintain, and optimize PO systems to ensure seamless purchasing and reporting</li>
<li>Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations</li>
<li>Generate actionable financial insights for leadership</li>
<li>Ensure every process is accurate, efficient, and scalable</li>
<li>Collaborate with leadership to prioritize projects, optimize workflows, and solve financial challenges before they arise</li>
</ul>
