Key Responsibilities:
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain Qlik Sense dashboards, data visualizations, trends, graphs, and interactive reporting features.
- ETL & Data Integration: Develop SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and Azure Data Factory packages for Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Create ad-hoc reports, OLAP database queries, and decision-support systems (DSS).
- Documentation & Support: Maintain system documentation, functional specs, and user requirement documents.
- Collaboration & Training: Work with cross-functional teams to standardize data collection and provide training on Qlik Sense tools.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in ETL development using Microsoft Visual Studio BI tools or Azure Data Factory.
- 5+ years of experience in dashboard development using Qlik View/Qlik Sense.
- 2+ years of experience with public health disease surveillance data dashboards.
- 5+ years of experience in SQL databases, DSS, and relational/OLAP queries.
- 5+ years of experience in system support, maintenance, and release management.
- 5+ years of experience with source control systems (Azure DevOps, TFS, or VSTS).
- Strong expertise in object-oriented analysis and design.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with high-performance, service-oriented, multi-tiered environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
- Ability to mentor and train team members on Qlik Sense tools.
