 Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or related field preferred</li>
<li>A minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, with at least 1 year payroll processing experience</li>
<li>Experience in the administration of Human Resources programs including compensation and benefits, learning and development, communications, employee engagement, etc.</li>
<li>Demonstrated presentation skills and experience partnering with management to develop programs to support employee attraction, retention and engagement</li>
<li>Experience working independently and managing multiple projects and priorities</li>
<li>Experience writing and implementing policies, procedures, or employee handbooks is preferred</li>
<li>UKG Payroll and Cognos Business Intelligence experience preferred</li>
<li>PHR, SHRM-CP or similar certification preferred</li>
