- Minimum 1 year experience working with students as a swim instructor - Strong communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff - Ability to manage student behavior and maintain a positive learning environment - Knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques - CPR and First Aid certification preferred - WSI preferred but not mandatory
Note: Experience working with special needs students and competitive swimmers is a plus
Must be comfortable working in pool temperatures that range from 82 to 84 degrees.
