POSITION SUMMARY:
The Medical Assistant-Clinic Specialist is responsible for a variety of patient care, technical, and clerical related functions. 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

<li>Verify patient information by interviewing patients; record medical history; confirm purpose of visit.</li>
<li>Communicate all significant changes in patient conditions or behavior to physicians.</li>
<li>Ensure all medical record/patient charts contain necessary documentation for medical appointments. </li>

<li>Willingness to travel to all the facilities based on operational requirements.</li>
<li>Follow-up of patients who underwent a medical procedure. Its evolution should be documented.</li>
<li>Follow standard procedures, rules, and instructions to properly sanitize and utilize cleaning equipment.</li>
<li>Constant and effective communication with members of the team regarding consultations </li>
<li>Adhere and follow set policies, procedures and guidelines. </li>
<li>Ensure compliance with professional standards, relevant legal, regulatory and safety requirements of HIPAA and OSHA.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>

QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Pick, pack, and sort products with accuracy and care, making sure every order is ready for its journey to a happy customer</li>
<li>Prepare orders to ship quickly and efficiently, keeping our fulfillment network running smoothly</li>
<li>Rotate through different warehouse functions, including receiving, replenishment, inventory, returns, wholesale, and special projects </li>
<li>Stay active and engaged in a fast paced, high energy warehouse environment</li>

<li>Use the latest tech tools (scanners, iPads, handheld devices) to make your work faster and more accurate</li>
