Position: Finance Manager (Closer)
Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL
Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9:15 AM – 6:30 PM | Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
 • Manage a dedicated book of business to drive conversions into financial relief programs
 • Guide potential clients through the funding and enrollment process with professionalism and urgency
 • Close high-value deals based on pre-qualified debt leads
 • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client transitions
 • Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up using CRM systems
 • Work inbound and outbound lead funnels, including Meta text campaigns
Requirements:
 • MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) Financial Closers experience preferred
 • Proven background in financial sales or high-ticket closing
 • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
 • Organized, results-driven, and self-motivated
 • Ability to work full-time on-site in Fort Lauderdale, FL
 • Comfortable managing a pipeline and following up proactively
Compensation &amp; Growth:
 • Weekly draw: $700 (paid in advance against earned commissions)
 • Commission structure:
 – Approximately $562 earned per $100,000 in enrolled client debt value
 – Commissions are paid after the client successfully completes two payments in the program
 • Uncapped earning potential based on performance
 • Weekly pay schedule
 • High-quality inbound and outbound lead flow provided
