<li>Well-skilled professionals who have a minimum of 500 hours of massage therapy school under their belts and a certificate of completion. You'll also need to meet the licensing requirements for massage therapy in our state and be able to pass a background and reference check with flying colors.</li>

About the Role
We are&nbsp;seeking&nbsp;a passionate and Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate is client-focused, skilled in a variety of techniques, and dedicated to providing a safe, effective, and positive experience. This role involves customizing treatments to client needs, promoting wellness, and supporting a clean and professional spa environment. 
 
What You’ll Do
<ul>
<li>Develop personalized treatment plans based on individual client needs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide exceptional service with a friendly, professional demeanor&nbsp;</li>
<li>Encourage repeat business through referrals and membership promotion&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and&nbsp;common areas&nbsp;</li>
<li>Comply with&nbsp;all company policies, licensing regulations, and safety protocols&nbsp;</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as assigned&nbsp;</li>
</ul>

What We’re Looking For
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li>
<li>Completion of an accredited massage therapy program&nbsp;</li>
<li>CPR and First Aid certification preferred&nbsp;</li>
<li>Current state license in massage therapy&nbsp;</li>
<li>Liability insurance coverage&nbsp;</li>
<li>Strong communication&nbsp;and customer service skills&nbsp;</li>
<li>Proficiency&nbsp;in Swedish massage is&nbsp;required&nbsp;</li>
<li>Experience or interest in&nbsp;additional&nbsp;modalities (e.g., Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Myofascial, Neuromuscular, Craniosacral, Reiki) is a plus — training is provided!&nbsp;</li>
