This role combines exterior groundskeeping responsibilities with hands-on maintenance support and plays a vital role in maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of our properties.
Requirements:
The Groundskeeper &amp; Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall condition of exterior and common areas within the community. This position requires a combination of groundskeeping, light maintenance, and practical painting skills. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and flexible to support daily operations, special projects, and emergency needs when required.
Key ResponsibilitiesGroundskeeping &amp; Exterior Maintenance
<ul>
<li>Perform general clean-up of all exterior and common areas. </li>
<li>Remove litter and debris from the property. </li>
<li>Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, greenspaces, and common walkways. </li>
<li>Operate equipment such as blowers and pressure washers. </li>
<li>Drive a golf cart on property grounds (if applicable). </li>
<li>Assist with hurricane and tropical storm preparation. </li>
<li>Take out trash in all property areas. </li>
<li>Maintain the overall appearance and curb appeal of the community. </li>
</ul>
Maintenance &amp; Technical Support
<ul>
<li>Perform basic handyman and maintenance tasks as needed. </li>
<li>Conduct general site cleanup, painting, and replacement of light bulbs. </li>
<li>Apply practical painting skills for visible improvements such as: 
<ul>
<li>Painting curbs </li>
<li>Speed bumps </li>
<li>Exterior walls (as applicable) </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Support fencing repairs: 
<ul>
<li>Plank replacement (no permit required) </li>
<li>Structural post replacement (may require permits) </li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Restock paper towels, toilet paper, and soap dispensers. </li>
<li>Respond to emergency cleaning and upkeep requests. </li>
<li>Perform non-routine cleaning based on specific work orders. </li>
<li>Assist with special projects as required by property needs. </li>
<li>Report maintenance issues and safety concerns to the supervisor promptly. </li>
</ul>
Safety &amp; Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Follow all safety protocols while performing duties. </li>
<li>Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. </li>
<li>Must be comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions. </li>

Requirements

<li>1–3 years of relevant experience preferred. </li>
<li>Strong reliability and commitment to attendance. </li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation. </li>

We are seeking an entry level/apprentice Jewelry Polisher and/or Bench Jeweler to join our workshop in Boynton Beach, Florida. No experience is needed. Other responsibilities and requirements are outlined below.
 
Essential Functions:
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Jewelry/Ring Polishing (both before and after stone setting)
- Rhodium Plating &amp; Performing Quality Control on finished pieces
- General Repair and Ring Sizing
 
Qualifications:
- Experience working with metals
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time
- Strong assembly skills
- Light/Moderate Stone Setting experience a Plus
- Strong work ethic with commitment to quality
- Good communication skills
