<li>Undergo training at assigned Club to learn to specific various job assignments, gaining hands-on experience and workforce competencies.</li>
<li>Attend Club Staff trainings.</li>
<li>If a Club member, participate in Career Bound programming and other teen programs such as Keystone Club and Youth of the Year.</li>
<li>Enforce Boys &amp; Girls Club Rules and safety protocols.</li>
<li>Set a good example for members.</li>
<li>Be a good listener to staff, volunteers, and members.</li>
<li>Ensure members obey safety rules.</li>
<li>Ensure work hours are tracked by using Club timekeeping system.</li>
<li>Maintain and manage a safe environment.</li>

Skills &amp; Knowledge Required:
