The Role

What You’ll Do

Your Role as Store Associate:
As a Store Associate, you will be the friendly face that welcomes customers, provides assistance, and ensures the store is always clean, stocked, and running smoothly. In addition to customer service, you’ll be trained to assist with light food preparation, including hot case items such as pizza, fries, and fried chicken. This role is a great opportunity to gain exposure to both retail and food service while contributing to the 4 Points customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
???? Customer Service &amp; Front-End Support
<ul>
<li>
Greet customers warmly, assist at the counter, and answer phone calls.
</li>
<li>
Restock items behind the counter, including tobacco products and supplies.
</li>
<li>
Keep the Coffee Counter clean and fully stocked with cups, lids, creamers, and condiments.
</li>
</ul>
???? Food Preparation &amp; Kitchen Support
<ul>
<li>
Assist with preparing and serving hot case food items, including pizza, fries, and fried chicken.
</li>
<li>
Follow food safety and sanitation standards when handling and storing ingredients.
</li>
<li>
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and food service areas, supporting Culinary Leads when needed.
</li>
</ul>
???? Operations &amp; Store Standards
<ul>
<li>
Perform opening and closing duties using established checklists.
</li>
<li>
Clean and maintain store equipment including coffee, cappuccino, and Frazil machines.
</li>
<li>
Maintain store cleanliness—wipe counters, shelves, windows, microwaves, tables, and trash areas.
</li>
</ul>
???? Facilities &amp; Safety
<ul>
<li>
Keep pumps and outdoor areas clean; refill receipt paper at pumps.
</li>
<li>
Maintain clean bathrooms, restocking supplies and ensuring sanitation.
</li>
<li>
Monitor for expired products and remove as needed.
</li>
</ul>

Wear proper uniform, including name tag and safety shoes.
</li>
<li>
Complete all required training and attend staff meetings.
</li>

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Stand for extended periods of time.

Reach, bend, and grab items at varying levels.
