Summary:

Essential Responsibilities:
Customer Service and Marketing

<li>Greet tenants upon arrival daily from 8:30am – 9:30am as they enter the building</li>
<li>Ensure the amenity guide/brochure is consistently up to date, accessible from the property website, and available in hard copy at the tenant experience desk. Also maintain the tenant handbook outlining building services, communication tools, and amenities.</li>
<li>Organize annual meetings with individual tenants to discuss concerns and suggestions that can benefit the organization's experience.</li>
<li>Create and manage a tenant contact list, circulating a tenant contact form annually to ensure all information remains accurate.</li>
<li>Seek community outreach opportunities for tenants to engage with such as annual Salvation Army Angel Tree holiday drives.</li>
<li>Track expenses for events and have knowledge and understanding of the property's tenant relations budget</li>
</ul>
Event Planning
<ul>
<li>Provide ideas, programming, and associated budget numbers for consideration (with the Property Manager) to establish a matrix of events and value-add services, etc. specific to the building's tenant mix</li>
<li>Keep record of all tenant events and event attendance and feedback.</li>
</ul>
Administrative Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Monitor and management of work orders using Angus system</li>
<li>Monitor and management of amenity scheduling using Angus system</li>
<li>Assisting with the maintenance and management of Tenant &amp; Vendor Certificate of Insurance along with Contact Information</li>
<li>Manage calls to management office.</li>
<li>Greet guests and visitors to the management office and effectively deal with their concerns by exhibiting a professional, mature, courteous, gracious and efficient manner.</li>
<li>Promote high level of satisfaction among tenants by promptly responding to their service requirements and inquiries.</li>
<li>Assure prompt response by other team members through dispatch, telephone messaging and/or other direct contact.</li>
<li>Coordinate and schedule tenant/vendor deliveries as needed.</li>
<li>Assists with move-in &amp; move-out process</li>
<li>Use independent judgment to enforce compliance with insurance requirements among tenants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers.</li>
<li>Document incidents of potential liability to property and equipment.</li>
<li>Review security reports for action items ensuring the safety and security of the premises.</li>
<li>Monitor activities of team members and stay abreast of schedules and appointments. Managing outlook invitations.</li>
<li>Open, date stamp, and distribute incoming mail; collect and prepare outgoing mail; maintain confidentiality of items marked as such.</li>
<li>Monitor supplies and order when necessary, stocking and organizing as needed.</li>
<li>Aid in proofreading and editing documents.</li>
<li>Create and manage files including Notice to Owners, etc.</li>
<li>Coordinate timely repair and maintenance of office equipment.</li>

Qualifications:

Role Description
This is a contract hybrid role for a Direct Support Professional at Beautiful Life Care &amp; Services. The Direct Support Professional will be responsible for providing human services, supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities, conducting training sessions, and utilizing strong interpersonal and communication skills. These individuals specifically want to be taken into the community- reliable transportation being required. Shifts are part time and flexible.
Day, Nights, &amp; Weekends.
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Experience in Human Services and Intellectual Disabilities support</li>
<li>Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities</li>
<li>Training experience in similar roles</li>
<li>Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting</li>
<li>Empathy and patience when working with individuals with disabilities</li>
<li>Certification or degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or related field (APD Training ***)</li>
<li>One-year hands on care experience required</li>
<li>Federal / Local BG Check</li>
<li>Valid Driver License</li>

Community Resource Network of Floridais looking for&nbsp;a caregiver&nbsp;who is fun, compassionate, dependable andis committed to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) achieve their highest level of independence and live their best&nbsp;life.
The individual is a 22 year-old young female in&nbsp;need of a&nbsp;caregiver to support her with ADLs, meal preparation and community outings. She enjoys music, playing basketball, biking and socializing. &nbsp;
This is an independent contract position and pays&nbsp;$15.00 per hour
Schedule: from Monday to Saturday between 6pm - 2am

<li>Facilitate community involvement by accompanying individual to the park</li>
<li>Promote communication, choice,&nbsp;independence, and socialization&nbsp;</li>
<li>Complete daily progress notes&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Qualifications and Skills
<ul>
<li>Must be able to pass Local and Level 2 Background Screening</li>
<li>Provide proven 1 year of caregiving experience or technical training.</li>
<li>Have a High School diploma or equivalent&nbsp;</li>
<li>Have a&nbsp;Valid Driver's license&nbsp;</li>
<li>Are 18 years of age or older</li>
