All Phase Electric Service has an immediate need for a LICENSED NATURAL GAS AND LIQUID PETROLEUM Q1 OR Q5 QUALIFIER INSTALLER- FORMAN&nbsp;to meet our current contract requirements in the rapidly growing Fort Myers, FL area. Because we have a reputation of getting the job done, we are requested to do unique, one-of-a-kind projects. Required Skills: The installer needs to possess the following experience:

<li>Candidates will be required a minimum 3 years of experience in the GAS trade.</li>
<li>Generac Generator training or equivalent preferred but not required.</li>
<li>Candidate must have extensive excavator experience and appropriate training.</li>
<li>Must hold and or have passed a current Q1 OR Q5 MASTER QUALIFIER LICENSE FOR&nbsp;THE STATE OF FLORIDA.</li>

<li>Candidate must be able to use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices,&nbsp; &nbsp;power tools and testing equipment such as manometers, tank testers and gas leak detectors.</li>
<li>Candidate must be able to inspect LP and NG gas systems, equipment and or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with local codes.</li>
<li>Candidate shall have the ability to direct and train workers to install, repair and maintain gas lines and equipment.</li>
<li>Candidate must be able to diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus or components, including regulators, using test equipment and hand tools to locate the cause of the breakdown and correct the problem.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Candidate must perform business management duties such as maintaining records or files, preparing reports, or ordering supplies and equipment.</li>
<li>Candidate plus would be a CDL license.</li>
<li>Tank burial procedure a big plus.</li>
<li>Candidate must not be afraid to get his/hers hands dirty.</li>
<li>Candidate must be able to drop gas lines for BBQ’s and gas features, etc.</li>

The On-Site Mechanic role is part of our team that operates within our Construction Department. The primary focus of the On-Site Mechanic role is on preventative maintenance and regular equipment upkeep to ensure operational efficiency across our entire team. This role will include repairs of our barges, boats, trucks, and heavy duty equipment. Company Mechanic Truck (F-550) and all necessary tools are provided. Responsibilities:

<li>Inspect, test, and complete routine maintenance/diagnostics on ALL equipment (Barges, Boats/Skiffs, Cranes, Auto, HPUs, Generators, and other heavy equipment), both gas and diesel, and keep complete service records of what was done, parts used, and tests that were completed.</li>
<li>Independently plan, schedule, and direct maintenance efforts that help balance preventative maintenance with overall efficiency.</li>
<li>Strong working knowledge of Yamaha outboard engines and electrical systems, marine hydraulic systems and related parts, and boat steering systems.</li>
<li>Be able to review, coordinate and oversee any work that is subbed out to 3rd party vendors, including reviewing invoices, managing out-of-service timelines, etc.</li>
<li>Must be able to communicate equipment issues, a plan of action, and work completed to management. Act as liaison between management, office, and field teams.</li>
<li>Demonstrate the ability to safely and appropriately use required tools and equipment. Ability to utilize personal protective equipment (steel-toed shoes, safety glasses, ear plugs, goggles, safety harness, floatation gear, etc.) safely per OSHA and Stokes Marine standards.</li>
<li>Responsibly manage purchases related to repair and maintenance by following all company policies related to purchasing, receipt submission, and company credit cards.</li>
<li>Determine appropriate supplies and materials needed to complete projects.</li>
<li>Ability to remain organized and utilize company software and programs to schedule, coordinate, and communicate maintenance items and statuses.</li>
<li>Assist in maintaining a strong safety culture by following all Stokes Marine policies, procedures, and guidelines.</li>
<li>Take action to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.</li>
<li>Follow up on any pertinent emails, phone calls, and administrative activities, including daily updates, receipts or any other requests by management.</li>

Compensation Description:
First year total compensation including hourly wage, overtime and bonuses ranges from $75,000 $100,000.00 per year. Weekly hours average 50 hours per week, however additional hours are available. Overtime will be paid for all hours over 40 hours. We have a monthly bonus program you will be eligible to participate in your first month of employment. Increases in pay are seen on a merit basis and during annual reviews.

Team Development &amp; Operations

<li>Lead the daily operations of the Welcome and Resource Center (WRC) and all tour-related activities.</li>
<li>Supervise, train, and mentor WRC staff, docents, and volunteers to achieve high standards of service, efficiency, alignment with, and communication of ECHO’s mission.</li>
<li>Establish clear performance goals and accountability systems for excellence in hospitality and operational outcomes.</li>
<li>Ensure the effective management of all communications, publicity, marketing, visitor flow, and information systems within the WRC and utilize software and applications to improve efficacy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Maintain strong collaboration with the Finance Department to manage budgets, cash handling, and reporting with integrity and transparency.</li>
<li>Steward ECHO’s financial, human, reputational, and material resources wisely, consistent with ECHO’s core values and donor expectations.</li>
<li>Process payments for housing, training, and other events promptly and accurately.</li>
</ul>
Experience Design &amp; Storytelling
<ul>
<li>Partner with ECHO’s Communications and Global teams to create engaging exhibits, displays, publicity materials, and storytelling that connect guests emotionally and financially to ECHO’s mission.</li>
<li>Oversee the inventory and merchandising of mission-related products (books, seeds, resources, memorabilia) ensuring all offerings reflect ECHO’s values and educational focus.</li>
<li>Ensure excellence in tour delivery, guiding content updates, docent training, and guest education experiences utilizing inputs across teams and departments.</li>
<li>Serve as a lead or backup docent when necessary, modeling exceptional communication and hospitality.</li>
<li>Maintain high standards for the visual presentation and digital engagement of the WRC.</li>
<li>Direct and manage marketing materials, audience demand research, online store, and social media presence in conjunction with other teams.</li>
<li>Work with Media Coordinator and Learning and Logistics Coordinator on Marketing Grants for tourism and advertising.</li>

Community Engagement &amp; Partnerships
<ul>
<li>Build and strengthen relationships with local churches, educational institutions, and community organizations to broaden ECHO’s outreach and impact.</li>
<li>Represent ECHO at local events, conferences, and partner gatherings as a passionate advocate for the organization’s mission.</li>
<li>Collaborate across departments (Advancement, Nursery, Global Farm, MEAL) to support major events such as the Global Food &amp; Farm Festival, Get-Into-Gardening, and the ECHO International Agriculture Conference.</li>

Reporting, Accountability &amp; Evaluation
<ul>
<li>Develop and manage departmental budgets, ensuring timely financial reporting and compliance with ECHO’s standards.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the MEAL and Advancement teams to collect and submit monthly guest experience metrics, stories, demographics information, contact information, and impact data.</li>
<li>Conduct regular guest satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to continually improve missional guest experience operations.</li>
<li>Ensure secure handling of guest personal data and transactions in compliance with industry best practices.</li>
