<li>Cleaning includes but is not limited to: restrooms, offices, cubicles, conference rooms, break rooms, etc&nbsp; sweeping and mopping floors, trash collection, wiping doors/tables/walls, and dusting&nbsp;</li>
<li>Vacuum / mop floors, scrub restrooms, dust furniture, and empty trash cans</li>
<li>Clean windows, supply restrooms on a regular basis</li>
<li>Wipe up spills and other hazards with sponges and squeegees</li>
<li>Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete</li>
<li>Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of major repairs</li>
</ul>
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services</li>
<li>Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment</li>
<li>Excellent stamina and physical health</li>
<li>Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic</li>
<li>Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment</li>
<li>Must have two forms of identification (state issued driver's license or identification and birth certificate or passport)</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Must be able to walk up 2-3 flights of stairs</li>
<li>Must be able to lift 20 lbs</li>
</ul>
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
