The Bar Prep will assist in cleaning the bar, preparing garnishes, ensuring the bar is well stocked, and supporting the Bartender to ensure that the bar operates smoothly. Successful barbacks must be knowledgeable about menu items, attentive, passionate about working as part of a team, and focused on providing the best possible service in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
