Position
The Construction Tax Manager will manage the tax compliance, planning, and review for construction and construction-related clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
<ul>
<li>DME application and removal. Responsible for ordering and restocking DME items as well as clinical supplies. Orders and fits custom orthotics, per provider’s orders.</li>
<li>Fit and apply splints and braces (DME) as requested by provider.</li>
<li>Measure, order and fit custom osteoarthritis braces.</li>
<li>Instruct patients regarding brace care and the use of orthopedic appliances.</li>
<li>Clean and stock the cast room and cast cart ordering supplies as needed.</li>
<li>Clean and stock the DME room keeping an accurate inventory of all products and appliances – ordering when necessary to keep inventory at constant levels in both offices.</li>
<li>Document all activity in patient’s chart and bill accordingly.</li>
<li>Order and maintain all over-the-counter supplies.</li>
<li>Maintain all crash carts for 2nd and 3rd floor along with the defibulator machine and oxygen.</li>
<li>Meet with clinical supply representatives periodically to ensure best vendor pricing.</li>
<li>Answer patient calls, emails or messages left by patients regarding care or appliances.</li>
<li>DME authorizations.</li>
<li>Responsible for scanning and attaching any documents or forms related to DME order.</li>
<li>Performs related work as required and other projects and duties as assigned by management</li>
<li>Dispensing work comp medications.</li>
<li>Maintains strictest confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA compliance</li>
<li>Travel to Estero location is required 2-3 times/week</li>

Education: College or comparable work experience
