The Reservation Sales Agent for PGA National Resort responsibilities:

<li>Knowledge of iHotelier, Ring Central, Travel Click, Visual 1 Agilisys, HMS, Delphi, IDeaS, Spa Soft and Canary helpful.</li>

Qualifications

Compensation:
<ul>
<li>Starting at $22-$­­­­­25 an hour plus BONUS based on surpassing sale quotas</li>
<li>W-2 Employment</li>
<li>We provide a promotional kit and bi-weekly paycheck via direct deposit!</li>
<li>Our average brand ambassadors make $200-$300 per day. Our top brand ambassadors are making $300+ per day!</li>
</ul>
Bonus Payout:
We have four different products in Costco, and usually three on the table. Below is an outline of the bonus structure, which reflects how much your potential earnings could be. Shifts start at 10am and end at 5:30pm — you get credit for whatever sells that day. This is an additional 3 hours Costco is open where customers are still purchasing our products.
<ul>
<li>Sell 20 Liquid Turmeric, you'll make $60 in commission</li>
<li>Sell 20 Liquid Collagen, you'll make $60 in commission</li>
<li>Sell 5 Liquid CoQ10 (not on sale) you'll make $15 in commission</li>
<li>1 day / 7 hrs at $25/hr PLUS commission = $310, which is $44 an hour</li>
</ul>
Sales Promoter Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Approach and interact with Costco members to promote various brands provided by suppliers.</li>
<li>Present yourself and the company competently and professionally while at Costco.</li>
<li>Provide excellent customer service to Costco members on behalf of Direct Demo.</li>
<li>Availability for regularly scheduled paid compliance calls with team and/or regional manager.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift-up to 30 pounds several times per day. Examples of lifting would include lifting a folding table, lifting product off the shelf, lifting a box of demonstration supplies etc.</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and carry a 2’ x 4’ folding table from the parking lot to the store and then back to your car at the end of the shift. The table weighs approximately 30 pounds. You must also be able to carry products, demonstration supplies and sales materials to and from your car at the beginning and end of each shift.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended stretches of time.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and without direct supervision as the only team member per location.</li>
</ul>

<li>Outgoing personality, ability to approach and talk to customers.</li>
<li>Strong verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Experience with direct sales.</li>
<li>Email and basic computer / mobile device skills.</li>

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>High school diploma or GED with a minimum of 6 months experience in high volume food service or customer service preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.</li>
<li>While performing the duties of this job, the individual is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.</li>
<li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perception. Routine standing and walking, frequent reaching, bending, stooping, and carrying/handling/moving weights of up to 75 pounds.</li>

The Maintenance Supervisor oversees the daily maintenance operations if an oceanfront Hi-rise building to ensure all building systems, equipment, and facilities are properly maintained and operating efficiently. This role supervises the maintenance staff, coordinates repairs and preventive maintenance schedules, and ensures compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The Maintenance Supervisor plays a key role in maintaining a clean, safe, and well-functioning environment for residents, guests, and employees. 
 
Experience: 
<ul>
<li>HVAC knowledge, preferred. </li>
<li>4+ years as a Maintenance supervisor or similar position. </li>
<li>Basic knowledge of relevant regulations and codes governing maintenance activities such as safety, environmental and building codes. </li>
<li>Prior experience managing and leading a team. </li>
<li>Requires working knowledge of building systems including, but not limited to fire suppression, security systems, pool equipment, domestic water pumps, generators, and elevator equipment. </li>
<li>Hi-rise building experience required. </li>
