What You'll Do:

The Produce Assistant Manager is responsible for the exceptional execution of retail Customer Service by the entire department. They report directly to the Manager of Produce and in their absence, they are to lead the team. They are responsible for managing department inventory, margin, labor budgets, pricing integrity, and merchandising standards. Experience in the painting trades a plus, but construction experience is required. As our Field Supervisor, your Key Result Areas will be:
<ul>
<li>Review Work Orders to Confirm Job Details with Operations Admin &amp; Crew Leaders.</li>
<li>Assign the right crews to the right jobs.</li>
<li>Assist crew leaders with equipment or materials necessary for job completion.</li>
<li>Work with shop manager on proper inventory needed for upcoming jobs.</li>
<li>Strategizing with crew leaders on effective job.</li>
<li>Enforce safety on job sites</li>
<li>Assist Crew leaders in identifying additional work orders.</li>
<li>Making sure crews are meeting productivity goals.</li>
<li>Make Sure Customer's Are Happy with the Job Progress and Final Product.</li>
</ul>
Qualified Candidates have/can:
<ul>
<li>Current management and leadership experience running a team</li>
<li>Excellent Communication Skills and Proper Grammar/Spelling</li>
<li>Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail</li>
<li>A valid driver's license.</li>
<li>Pass background check.</li>
<li>Spanish Speaking is a plus</li>
</ul>

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
