In this role, you will:
<ul>
<li>Work as a Tutor, supporting Kindergarten-5th grade students in ELA and Math.</li>
<li>Support students in Special Education with IEP's.</li>
<li>Provide small group tutoring sessions to students using the provided curriculum and learning technology.</li>
<li>Manage classroom dynamics to ensure a conducive learning environment. </li>
<li>Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. </li>
