Job Description CentiMark Corporation, the nation’s leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for an entry-level Roofing&nbsp;Technical Representative&nbsp;to support Roofing Sales Representatives in the Juniper area. &nbsp;This position pays $50k - $55k, offers premier benefits &amp; annual bonus opportunity. &nbsp;Job Summary:

<li>Travel to customer’s locations and inspect commercial roofs</li>
<li>Communicate with customers and check roofs for problem areas</li>
<li>Measures commercial roofs and estimate the amount of roofing material and labor needed to re-roof</li>
<li>Will work closely with the sales force to provide them with accurate information for the creation of proposals for customers</li>
<li>Assist in marketing for new accounts</li>
</ul>
 Candidate Requirements:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>Computer skills (proficient in MS Word, Excel and Bid Estimating Software)</li>
<li>General Construction, Roofing and/or construction sales experience</li>
<li>A valid driver’s license in good standing</li>
<li>Able to climb up &amp; down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet</li>
<li>Experience with commercial roofing systems: THERMOPLASTIC, BUR, METAL, SHINGLES, TILE, SPF FOAM and COATINGS preferred, but will train the right individual</li>
<li>College Degree in&nbsp;Construction Management or similar,&nbsp;preferred</li>

 Responsibilities

<li>Engaging with new and existing clients to understand their needs and recommend the best insurance options for personal, commercial, or specialty coverage such as auto, property, liability, flood, or recreational vehicles.</li>
<li>Handling inbound and outbound calls to assist with quotes, renewals, payments, endorsements, cancellations, and policy rewrites always providing friendly and professional service.</li>
<li>Advising clients on policy features, explaining coverage details, and suggesting updates or changes to ensure they have the right protection.</li>
<li>Managing renewals and retention efforts to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.</li>
<li>Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional products that benefit clients while meeting sales goals.</li>
<li>Following up on warm leads, referrals, and other opportunities to grow your book of business.</li>
<li>Reconnecting with past clients through win-back strategies and demonstrating the value of our offerings.</li>

 Requirements
