About the Role: Director of Adult Behavioral Services (BCBA)

<li>Leads &amp; supervises behavioral services team of 1 BCaBa and 4 RBT's as well as actively participates and develops in plans, completes billing, &amp; staff training.</li>
<li>Ensure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures including, but not limited to, AHCA guidelines, Med Waiver Regulations and CARF Standards</li>
<li>Observe individuals, review data and progress and revise programs based on the individuals’ performance.</li>
<li>ensure consistency among Arc ADT and BARC/Arc Group Home programs and disciplines.</li>
<li>Provide intensive training, supervision, and formal monitoring of program implementation</li>
<li>Ensure program compliance with agency and regulatory standards and procedures.</li>

What are the requirements?

POSITION PURPOSE:
Carries out Front Office Operations procedures to ensure profitability, control costs and quality standards to guarantee total guest satisfaction. 
This position requires an overnight rotation of two overnight shifts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
