Job Duties:

<li>Remove debris from swimming pool patios and lock all restrooms and recreational rooms (after 10:00 PM).</li>
<li>Respond to emergency maintenance requests as required and contact Property Manager.</li>
<li>Sticker any/ all vehicles without the proper parking permit. Parking stickers are to be placed in the side window (on the driver’s side) following the Rules and Regulations of the Association. </li>
