Role Purpose

<li>Approves food and beverage comps or promotions. </li>
<li>Checks in deliveries from vendors; ensuring quality and proper billing. </li>
<li>Prepares end of shift reports.</li>
<li>Ensures a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Assists with the completion of accident reports if a guest or employee is injured.</li>
<li>Ensures proper security procedures are adhered to, in order to protect team members, guests and company assets, including security of beer walk-in, liquor room, store room freezer, back-door, safe alarms and office. </li>
<li>Keeps immediate supervisor promptly and fully informed of all issues and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action. </li>
<li>Conducts pre-screen interviews for team member candidates using applicable interview guides.</li>
<li>Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested. </li>

Qualification Requirements

for the Tampa, FL Market!!
Associate starting at $70k
Coordinator starting at $85k 
Commensurate with experience

Consultative sales opportunity. The Recovery Village treats individuals with primary substance abuse and co-occurring mental health disorders. The Community Outreach teams work with various accounts such as hospitals, counselors, therapists, treatment centers attorneys, and other professional organizations. The outreach team is responsible for managing their own book of business in an assigned territory and connecting with referral partners on a recurring basis.

The Behavioral Healthcare Sales Associate will work to create, establish and maintain new and existing relationships with referral sources within the assigned area and help assist patients seeking treatment find appropriate treatment locations.
Works effectively with the facility leadership team to ensure success of the facility by completing the following:

<ul>
<li>Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with senior management, physicians, clinicians, admissions and members of the business development team.</li>
<li>Assist with creating and strengthening referral relationships.</li>
<li>Assist with organizing and planning onsite facility-specific events and tours.</li>
<li>Organize quarterly CEU presentations and events and assist with facility specific conference registrations.</li>
<li>Must identify local speaking opportunities, facilitate speaker submissions and ensure presence at all local community events.</li>
<li>Assist with coordination of alumni events and activities. Help build and maintain database. Assist with follow-up calls when needed.</li>
<li>Work in tandem with alumni coordinator to ensure maximum opt-ins to alumni group, participation in events and online reviews from patients, families and referral sources.</li>
<li>Build rapport with current patients while onsite.</li>
<li>Host quarterly alumni events in territory (may plan larger events biannually if necessary).</li>
<li>Consistent communication with Case Management / DOA/ Ops/ Clinical/ Medical.</li>
<li>Family Weekend Attendance/participation (Friday sessions).</li>
<li>Flexible, adaptable and eager to learn with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Ability to exercise professional judgment and discretion.</li>
<li>Knowledge of treatment industry a plus.</li>
<li>Effective use of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.</li>
<li>Excellent project management, organizational skills, strong interpersonal skills, writing skills, communication and presentation skills including the ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally with senior levels of management.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>

Requirements

Coordinator Requirements: 
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in marketing, public relations, sales, business or related field preferred.</li>
<li>Minimum two (2) years’ experience in business development, referral relations or relationship management required. </li>
<li>Experience in the behavioral healthcare industry preferred</li>
<li>Good driving record that meets safety and company insurance standards</li>
</ul>
Associate Requirements: 
<ul>
