Job Description:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for safely maintaining the physical condition and appearance of the community. He or she should be able to diagnose problems and make minor repairs in the following areas: electrical systems, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, heating and air systems. Maintenance Technicians are also expected to be knowledgeable and skilled in the safe use of hand tools and small power tools. Some early evening, weekend, and on-call shifts will be required. <h3>Job Description</h3>
As an Assistant Project Manager at Central Civil you will be part of a team executing construction projects in South Florida airports, seaports, roadways, and private developments. This position may be assigned to the project or head office. The position supports Project Management and Project Supervision teams for the assigned Projects. The position may also support preconstruction activities including estimating, scheduling, planning and buyout. This position provides exposure to all aspects of our construction business improving the value of your contributions and long term career advancement in the Company.
 
Roles and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Assist Project Managers in planning, budgeting, buyout, scheduling, and coordination of work with emphasis on project controls utilizing Procore.</li>
<li>Perform Document Control (RFI’s, Submittals, proposed Change Order, Change Orders, correspondence, Contract documents, plans, plan revisions, Etc.) utilizing Procore.</li>
<li>Utilizing Procore to manage project data, crew productions, subcontractor performance.</li>
<li>Manage subcontractor utilization of Procore including pay applications,</li>
<li>Assist and support other team members in areas or responsibilities as assigned by the Manager.</li>
<li>Assist in material delivery scheduling and coordination.</li>
<li>Manage hauling data records.</li>
<li>Manage Procore dashboard for the project(s)</li>
<li>Produce status reports of project information pulling accurate and current information from Procore.</li>
<li>Exercise independent judgment optimizing project controls.</li>
<li>Strong organization and time management skills.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships with counterparts within client, owner, engineer, and consultant office staff.</li>

<li>OSHA 10 Certification or completing within a month of hiring, provided by Central.</li>
