The E-Commerce Assistant is responsible for supporting all aspects of third-party logistics related to our e-commerce operations. This includes product preparation, packaging, photography, documentation, and staging for shipment. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

<li>Box Preparation &amp; Fulfillment:
<ol>
<li>Prepare and label boxes for product shipping, ensuring accuracy and readiness.</li>
<li>Safely and securely pack and seal products using appropriate materials.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Product Photography:
<ol>
<li>Take clear, high-quality photographs of products for documentation purposes.</li>
<li>Capture 3-4 angles of each product and one image of the product label.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Inventory Coordination:
<ol>
<li>Assist in checking and verifying inventory levels before shipment.</li>
<li>Communicate with IT and logistics teams about any product or order discrepancies.</li>
</ol>
</li>
<li>Workstation &amp; Equipment Maintenance:
<ol>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing area at all times.</li>
<li>Ensure photographic and packing equipment is functional and properly stored.</li>
</ol>

<li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:

<li>Log photographic and packaging records in the e-commerce system accurately.</li>
<li>Follow all internal protocols for labeling, packing slips, and shipment tracking.</li>

Requirements:

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

<li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Familiarity with basic photography equipment and lighting setup.</li>
<li>Competence in using computers, cloud storage systems, and digital inventory platforms.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and follow structured routines.</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.</li>
