The mission of Boys &amp; Girls Clubs of Greater Tampa Bay is to provide high-quality, out-of-school Club experiences to ensure our young people, especially those who need us most, are on track to graduate from high school with a plan for their future, demonstrate good character &amp; citizenship, and live a healthy lifestyle.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: 
 
Under the supervision of the Club Director and Program Director, the Lead YDP will assist with successful planning, developing and implementation of programs and services to achieve the Formula for Impact for Club members. The Lead YDP will also act as a mentor to new Youth Development Professionals (YDP). 
 
KEY ROLES:
