The Concierge greets those entering the facility, validates and communicates the nature of their visit and completes a variety of administrative assignments. The Concierge ensures the highest level of resident satisfaction by providing services and information the residents request within the guidelines of the community. This position proactively anticipates the needs of the residents so a solution can be offered before requested, personalizing the delivery of the service to meet the specific needs of each resident.
Contributions:
<ul>
<li>Acknowledge and greet all residents, guests and team members with utmost courtesy and urgency. Ensure visitors sign in; validate the nature of their visit and notify resident or team member of the visitor. Provide high levels of resident engagement. </li>
<li>Answer phones and other communication devices promptly and transfer messages to the appropriate party. Handle inquiries and release information in accordance with established policies and procedures. </li>

Position Purpose:
Balance room, restaurant and bar daily work. Post and balance charges and settlements in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain files and reset the systems for next day operations.
Essential Functions:
<ul>
<li>Complete daily Outlet Revenue Distribution data by auditing Micros tickets to breakdown revenue, covers, tips paid out and settlements by type. Transmit credit card payments to DOTN. Included in distribution are F&amp;B, Spa and Web Gift Cards.</li>
<li>
Input into the PC revenue/expenses/ allowances to generate the daily reports.
</li>
<li>
Balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly, maintain files and reset the system for the next day operations. Balance credit card payments to system.
</li>
<li>
Perform other duties and responsibilities asked by the Controller, Assistant Controller and Night Audit Manager based upon department needs.

Check guest in/out of the hotel. Answer phones and handle guest complaints and requests.

Run audit reports from the OnQ system and Micros.

Make corrections and adjustments and handle all computer problems that might occur throughout the shift.

Anticipate need of residents and execute all requests in a timely fashion. Be instrumental in creating a luxury environment and executing five star service exceeding expectations in customer service.
Duties and Essential Functions
