Senior Project Manager / Seller-Doer - Utilities Engineering

The successful candidate will lead complex water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects from planning through execution while playing a key role in expanding market presence and strengthening client partnerships. Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in utilities engineering and project management
- Strong background in water, wastewater, and utility infrastructure projects
- Proven business development and client management experience
- Existing relationships within the Fort Myers/Naples market strongly preferred
- Florida utilities engineering experience highly preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Ability to manage projects, budgets, and client expectations effectively
