JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for the overall success of the team and department with the day-to-day emphasis on production scheduling, order fulfillment, personnel training, succession planning, job descriptions, system inputs and accuracy, lot number and load list priority management, shrink management, yield optimization, OSHA safety compliance. Exhibits strong communication leadership working with other packing facilities between supply, logistics, and sales.

<li>Must respond quickly to equipment issues, quality deviations, staffing shortages, and production interruptions. </li>
<li>Time is split between office work (planning, reporting, meetings) and hands-on presence on the production floor to oversee operations and staff.</li>

WORKING CONDITIONS
<ul>
<li>Work is performed primarily in a fresh-cut produce processing facility, including production floors, wash lines, cutting rooms, packaging areas, and cold storage. </li>
<li>Typically works afternoon, evening, or overnight shifts to support second shift (PM) production schedules. Extended hours, weekends, and holidays may be required based on production demands. </li>
<li>Regular exposure to refrigerated environments (approximately 34&amp;degree;F–45&amp;degree;F), moisture, and humidity to maintain food safety and product quality.</li>
<li>Required to follow strict food safety, sanitation, and GMP standards, including wearing hair nets, beard covers, gloves, smocks, safety footwear, and other PPE. </li>
<li>Works in a high-output production setting with tight schedules, perishability constraints, and real-time decision-making. </li>
<li>Moderate to high noise levels due to processing equipment, conveyors, washers, and packaging machinery.</li>
<li>Frequent interaction with QA, maintenance, sanitation, warehouse, logistics, and line supervisors to ensure smooth PM operations.</li>

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Power BI Report Developer to design, deliver, and support high-impact analytics solutions used across the business. This role focuses on transforming curated data into clear, actionable insights through well-governed dashboards and KPIs. You'll work closely with IT leadership, engineering partners, and business stakeholders to ensure reporting is accurate, intuitive, and scalable.
This position plays a key role in maintaining reporting standards, managing access and security, and enabling adoption of analytics across teams.
What You'll Do
Analytics &amp; Reporting
<ul>

Build, enhance, and maintain interactive Power BI reports and dashboards using approved enterprise datasets
</li>

Convert business needs into clear visual stories with effective navigation, drill-throughs, and contextual insights
</li>

Develop and manage DAX measures that support standardized KPI definitions

Apply advanced Power BI features such as bookmarks, tooltips, and visual interactions to improve usability

Publish and distribute reports through Power BI Apps tailored to specific audiences

Data Governance &amp; Platform Management

What You Bring
Education &amp; Experience
<ul>

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline

4–6+ years of hands-on experience building and managing Power BI reports in Power BI Service

Technical Skills

Advanced knowledge of DAX and solid understanding of data modeling principles
</li>

Working experience with Power Query (M)
</li>

Strong SQL skills for analysis, troubleshooting, and data validation
