Location: Tampa, FL

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Responsibilities:
- Is a member of a collaborative practice model that includes patients, nurses, hospital care coordinators, physicians, and other practitioners, caregivers, and the community.
- Is knowledgeable about disease, treatment, social and economic implications for individuals and families as it pertains to their age, stage of psychosocial development and discharge needs.
- Is pragmatic in approaching End of Life and ethical issues.
- Utilizes clinical counseling skills when applicable.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required Education: Masters in Social Work or Mental Health Counseling.
- Required Experience: 1 year social services in a community based social services or health care setting.
- Required - LCSW (Social Work); Or - LMHC (Mental Health). Select departments may also accept LMFT (Marriage and Family) as equal qualification.
