Job Description 
Eataly’s on-site cooking school, La Scuola, is a place where people can learn about and experience Italian cuisine through unique cooking classes and private events. The Events and&nbsp;Education Chef oversees programming in La Scuola: teaching, planning, preparing and managing all events. &nbsp;
Reports to the Executive Chef. Works closely with the Events and&nbsp;Education Team and manages kitchen staff for events including prep cooks and line cooks.

<li>Supervises the production of food items for events in collaboration with back-of-the-house personnel: apportions meats, vegetables and desserts, and utilizes food surpluses to control food costs</li>
<li>Manages prep cooks and line cooks who work events: trains, provides feedback and ensures health and quality standards are consistently met</li>
<li>Oversees kitchen mise-en-place of all stations and the cleanliness of the La Scuola kitchen</li>
<li>Informs front-of- house personnel of menu changes, specials, shortages, allergies and dietary restrictions</li>
<li>Plans events and creates menus together with the Education &amp; Events team, the Executive Chef, front-of-house personnel and directly with clients when required</li>

Qualifications

The hotel front desk and concierge are responsible for providing quality and efficient guest services and hotel property management. To ensure guests of the hotel receive best-in-class service and cleanliness of the facility. The hotel front desk &amp; concierge ensures that all guests have a positive experience at the hotel.
This position will additionally be expected to "float" between concierge and housekeeping. The primary duties of this position are concierge, but there will be times this role is expected to assist the housekeeping team with cleaning duties. Those who do not wish to partake in partial housekeeping duties should not apply to this position.

Key Responsibilities

SUMMARY:
The Night Auditor is responsible for reconciling all hotel cashier transactions, reviewing, and organizing, management reports on a timely basis, and reviewing billings and city ledger transactions Also is responsible for effectively communicating reports to all levels of management and fulfilling all guest service-related duties. 
RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Understand and operate all functions of front desk activities.</li>
<li>Complete postings of all charges to guest folios.</li>
<li>Reconcile revenues with PMS revenue reports.</li>
<li>Generate and prepare the manager's daily report for the Management Review.</li>
<li>Process guest check-ins: confirm reservations, assign rooms, and issue room keys.</li>
<li>Process hotel room postings invoices, transactions, room charges, refunds, etc.</li>
<li>Maintain all records of room allowances and credits.</li>
<li>Process all check-outs and resolve disputed charges.</li>
<li>Answer all telephone calls promptly and courteously.</li>
<li>Follow established key control and guest security requirements.</li>
<li>Prepare various daily activity reports including. Food and beverage sales charge reports; and other income-producing department reports including closing reports as instructed by the finance department.</li>
