Essential Duties and Responsibilities:&nbsp;
The Cultivation Technician will be part of a team producing high quality plants that meet company standards and while following all compliance requirements.&nbsp;This person works with members of cultivation and thrive in a team environment and plays an integral role in the company's cultivation operation.
<ul>
<li>Perform all required duties in the Cultivation Department, including the following areas of production: inventory management, plant breeding, cloning, transplanting, feeding plants, defoliation, cropping, topping, flushing, foliar and preventative sprays.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Responsible for plant care and maintenance from propagation through flowering stages including, but not limited to; cloning, transplanting, feeding, trellising, flushing, pruning, general canopy work per management instructions. &nbsp;</li>
<li>With direction from Management, perform crop work and canopy maintenance, as directed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Work daily to maintain a disease and pest-free environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure daily task list is completed and tracked per management instructions&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs&nbsp;</li>
<li>Oversee cleanliness and organization of all equipment present within the grow area&nbsp;</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, SAFE and organized work environment&nbsp;</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements
<ul>
<li>Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and push/pull up to 100 lbs. with or without assistance as needed&nbsp;</li>
<li>Ability to stand on concrete floor for up to 8 hours a day&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be at least 21 years old&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to pass a Florida Department of Law Enforcement Level 2 Background Screening&nbsp;</li>
<li>Must be able to work in a cultivation/plant environment with varying temperatures, humidity, and moderate to loud noise levels.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Required Skills &amp; Knowledge

<li>High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)&nbsp;</li>

<li>Must adhere to scheduled work hours (punctuality and attendance)&nbsp;</li>
<li>Adhere to all policy and regulations set forth by the Florida Office of Medical Marijuana Use.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Ability to perform manual labor tasks required for the proper management of a large-scale grow facility.&nbsp;</li>
