Position Overview:
The Project Manager is an exempt position responsible for overall project management of construction projects, with direct accountability for project deliverability. Essential Tasks: Assist in preconstruction during bid phase and in development of project budget. Prepare construction schedules and monitor and manage schedule performance. Conduct periodic site visits to monitor the progress of construction, looking for ways to expedite and predict problems. High degree of accuracy and attention to detail. Demonstrated decision making skills. Physically able to work seated in front of a computer for long hours at a time. Education and Experience: Any combination of education and experience that provides the knowledge and abilities listed qualifies. Bachelors degree in engineering, construction science or related field is preferred. The ideal candidate will have 5 or more years of construction management experience; Preference given to underground heavy civil utility construction experience. Job Description As a Summer Legal Intern you will join CELSIUS's Legal Department for Summer 2026 at our HQ in Boca Raton, FL. This 12-week paid internship runs from May 2026 to August 2026, providing an opportunity to gain hands-on experience working in-house at a public company. You will gain practical experience supporting on national campaigns, technological integration, and commercial contracts by researching legal trends in the functional beverage and supplement industry, drafting key internal legal documents, and assisting with ongoing legal projects. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Learn the role of the Legal Department in a corporate setting. </li>
<li>Implement SOPs between the Legal Department and other company departments. </li>
<li>Research and draft memoranda on legal issues affecting the functional beverage and supplement industry. </li>
<li>Develop ways of integrating artificial intelligence into our day-to-day practice. </li>
<li>Organize legal documents and resources for company-wide use. </li>
<li>Monitor legal trends. </li>
<li>Support online legal enforcement efforts. </li>

Requirements
<ul>
<li>Currently pursuing a Juris Doctor (JD) degree at a United States-based law school. </li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Full-time second-year law student enrolled in an accredited program. </li>
<li>Holds an undergraduate degree from an accredited university. </li>
<li>Access to reliable housing and transportation to work in Boca Raton, FL five days a week. </li>
<li>Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. </li>
<li>Must be 18 years or older. </li>

<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills. </li>
