Position Summary
The Junior Planner performs a diverse range of professional, technical, and administrative tasks in support of land use, zoning, permitting, stormwater oversight, and community development initiatives. <li>Source and screen new leads (we supplement these with inbound leads).</li>
<li>Qualify the leads and set appointments.</li>
<li>Continue communicating with the client and other team members during and after the sale.</li>
