Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Trainer to support our Director of Training in developing and delivering training programs for Licensed Community Association Managers (LCAM), including Onsite Managers and Portfolio Managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the HOA management industry and at least five years of experience in facilitating trainings or developing curriculum. 
 
Training Development and Delivery:
 
Assist the Director of Training in designing, developing, and implementing comprehensive training programs for LCAM managers.
Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars to enhance the skills and knowledge of Onsite Managers and Portfolio Managers.
Utilize various training methods, including in-person sessions, virtual training, and e-learning modules.
Curriculum Development:
 
Develop and update training materials, manuals, and resources to ensure they are current and relevant to industry standards.
Tailor training programs to meet the specific needs of different managerial roles within the organization.
Assessment and Evaluation:
 
Assess the effectiveness of training programs through evaluations, feedback, and performance metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to training materials and delivery methods.
Industry Knowledge and Compliance:
 
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes affecting HOA management.
Ensure training content complies with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Collaboration and Support:
 
Work closely with the Director of Training and other departments to identify training needs and develop appropriate solutions.
Provide ongoing support and coaching to managers to reinforce training and promote continuous learning.
 
Requirements:
 
Qualifications:

<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 1 year of experience in training facilitation or curriculum development, preferably in the HOA management or related industry.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of the roles and responsibilities of LCAM managers, Onsite Managers, and Portfolio Managers.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners.</li>
<li>Proficient in using training technologies and e-learning platforms.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>FL CAM License required</li>
<li>Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or similar certification is a plus.</li>

NCCER has an exciting opportunity in the Digital Learning department for someone who is passionate about learning and the construction industry. The successful candidate will bring strong administrative, project management, and content management capabilities to the team along with comfort in working in Learning Management Systems. 
 
Areas of Responsibility:
<ol>
<li>Support work with internal and external Subject Matter Experts and vendors in the procurement and development of source materials that will be used to develop eLearning courses. Edit, review, test, and update content as necessary to ensure high quality, accurate, and error-free deliverables. </li>
<li>Support aspects of course builds in our Learning Management System, including building courses across multiple stages to incorporate feedback (alpha, beta, gold), testing these course builds (or those of teammates), and addressing any issues identified by customers or internal stakeholders in a timely manner. Support work across stakeholder groups to ensure end-to-end completion of go-live requirements (including things like billing codes, shop launch, asset tags, etc.). </li>
<li>Utilize project-based tools, like Smartsheet and Jira, to track and report on progress of projects in relation to schedules established by project managers in the organization. </li>
<li>Keep up to date with latest eLearning trends to keep informed about eLearning formats, authoring processes and settings, emerging best practices, accessibility needs, etc. Use these to support project-related requirements. </li>
<li>Perform other administrative duties in support of the Digital Learning department, including helping to tackle review, data clean-up, and other needs as they emerge. </li>
<li>Build and maintain rapport with project managers across the Digital Learning team and other departments. Ask questions and self-direct other learning opportunities to continue to grow, develop, and build fluency across team and organization wide needs. </li>

Requirements:

<li>Bachelor’s degree and one (1) to two (2) years of relevant work experience, preferably in eLearning or education </li>
