The Catering Lead Instructor is responsible for managing all catering operations and overseeing the Day-to-day functioning of catering and food truck services, ensuring a high standard of service, compliance, and coordination with academic and industry expectations. <li>Conducts health checks on children for health concerns, including ringworm, head lice, or other health conditions, and reports to the appropriate nurse.</li>
<li>Report suspected child abuse and neglect to the designated state agency.</li>
<li>Plan, coordinate, and oversee field trips for assigned children.</li>
<li>Request supplies and equipment to be ordered for use by children in the classroom.</li>
<li>Serves as a bus monitor in the transportation of children and engages children in song and other developmentally appropriate activities during the ride.</li>
<li>Assist in the transportation of special needs children by lifting the child into the seat and fastening the safety belt.</li>
<li>Inspect classrooms and grounds to ensure the safety, orderliness, sanitation, and cleanliness of facilities.</li>
<li>· Discuss plans and coordinate concerns regarding the child and family with other Head Start staff members.</li>
<li>Perform First Aid and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) as needed.</li>
<li>Perform other related duties as required.</li>
