You will report directly to our Welding Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Palmetto, FL location. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the success of our welding operations, ensuring that all welds meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. You may also be tasked with training and mentoring junior welders, providing guidance and support to help them improve their skills.
