GENERAL SUMMARY
The Catering Manager is responsible for the overall operation, sales, and account acquisition of the catering business and promotes and executes social events, meetings and private banquets. The Catering Manager works closely with clients to ensure their event is a success, and follows up with the client to get feedback after the event. The Catering Manager will place equal emphasis on planning and executing member events as external catering events. 
 
ESSENTIAL TASKS
<ul>
<li>Responsible for adhering to and promoting the catering business plan; research prior clients; outbound marketing to former clients; market catering to new professional offices, companies, and clients.</li>
<li>Cultivate strong client relationships/partnerships, ensuring client satisfaction</li>
<li>Implement the Caterease software and know how to utilize the program.</li>
<li>Demonstrate products and services to existing and potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.</li>
<li>Implement marketing strategies which will effectively drive sales and assist in attaining stated sales objectives.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the Southwest Florida area to generate new business for catering products and services.</li>
<li>Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.</li>
<li>Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.</li>
<li>Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints, providing a world-class level of customer service and maintaining a high expectation for quality.</li>
<li>Monitor and provide feedback to leadership on products and services to maintain consistent quality with established standards.</li>
<li>Assist and execute marketing programs which promote the company brand and help to drive sales; measure success of various marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Coordinate sales efforts with management, accounting, and service groups. Work with all departments regarding new product development and introduction.</li>
<li>Work with other catering and kitchen staff to maximize departmental sales and quality goals and objectives.</li>
<li>Plan and coordinate offsite events with vendor partners.</li>
<li>Must attend catering events.</li>
<li>All other jobs and activities as deemed necessary by the Head Chef to aid in function of catering and any other ventures we expand into in the future.</li>

Requirements:
Education: Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in hospitality, sales, or management. 
Experience: Must possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the hospitality industry, with a sales concentration. Caterease or other Catering Software knowledge.
Confidentiality: Works with confidential information – account numbers 
Mental/Visual Demands: Flow of work requires normal mental and visual capabilities.
Physical Demand: The employee is required to handle, feel and/or reach with hands and arms, squatting, bending, and constantly moving on a regular basis. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. 
Working Conditions: Working in different weather conditions outside is to be expected.

General Summary of Duties:
The General Manager (GM) is responsible for all site operations including recruiting of staff, site safety, facilities management, customer service, driving sales, site compliance and the development of the car wash team.
 
Reports to: District Manager 
FLSA Status: Exempt / Non- Exempt 
 
Physical Demands:

Essential Functions:

<li>Recruit, train, coach and develop all teammates.</li>
<li>Create a culture of accountability within your site for LUV’s operational procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with LUV onboarding, orientation and training processes for all new teammates. Stay up to date on all process changes and enhancements.</li>
<li>Provide ongoing development, coaching and counseling to AGMs and high-potential hourly teammates.</li>
<li>Partner with HR on disciplinary issues including investigations and terminations.</li>
<li>Partner with District Manager to drive local volume and sales through strategic community outreach and marketing efforts.</li>
<li>Partner with District Manager on budget planning and forecasting</li>
<li>Manage incoming inquiries in a timely, pleasant manner. Follow-up on action items as needed, quickly and accurately.</li>
<li>Review Paylocity reporting and approve payroll information for all employees on time. Submit commissions on time through proper avenues</li>
<li>Complete all necessary checklists to standard and by associated deadlines</li>
<li>Ensure teammates are always using prescribed sales scripts and guide-on procedures.</li>
<li>Ensure the site operates safely and in compliance with all regulatory, local, state and federal laws/regulations.</li>
<li>Create genuine connections with customers and foster relationships through superior customer service to build membership sales.</li>
<li>Create weekly schedule and manage site labor to LUV Car Wash standards.</li>
<li>Walk site throughout shift to ensure site is operating safely, efficiently and up to the LUV standards of service. Converse with customers regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Handle all customer issues/complaints. Work with District Manager to resolve all issues in a timely manner that results in positive outcomes and customer-retention.</li>
<li>Partner with Facilities to ensure all equipment is properly maintained, safely operated and maintenance requests are fulfilled in a timely manner to minimize site downtime.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul>
