Your Responsibilities:

<li>Represent sellers and buyers in residential real estate transactions.</li>
<li>Draft residential purchase agreements and listing agreements for your clients.</li>
<li>Conduct property evaluations and prepare listing presentations to provide value and market expertise to sellers.</li>
<li>Be readily available to assist and support your clients.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records in all systems and CRMs, in collaboration with channel partners.</li>
