Requirements and Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Responsible for reviewing and evaluating Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) construction projects, including: using the plan design against new build, span and drop replacements (if needed), risers, aerial installations, bonding and grounding of the strand (messenger), proper installation of any fiber-optic cable, splice cases and cabinets, splitters and XWDM (Wavelength Division Multiplexing), underground installations (bores, vaults, and trenches) and MDU lockbox replacements.</li>
<li>Perform quality checks on work completed.</li>
<li>Perform quality checks on ongoing projects. Answer questions the contractors may have regarding design prints. Ensure OSHA standards are followed in the field (PPE). Ensure MOT is followed during field work.</li>
<li>Responsible for verifying footage, path depth, easement adherence, sequential, and proper splicing practices are followed.</li>
<li>Ensuring proper equipment and materials are used during construction.</li>
<li>Meet with city/county/DOT inspectors in the field.</li>
<li>Submit QC inspection forms in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Meet with disgruntled homeowners to answer their questions or correct their complaints.</li>
<li>Explain the construction process.</li>
<li>Ensure property restoration is completed to standard.</li>
<li>Meet with utility locators in the field and other utility representatives to address damages.</li>
<li>Notify management of damages or incidents.</li>
<li>Record any discrepancies between field and design prints.</li>
<li>Clear understanding of fiber design, splicing matrix sheets and documentation requirements and ability to communicate that understanding.</li>
<li>Ensure system compliance to NCTA, FCC regulations and Tillman FiberCo minimum operating specifications.</li>
<li>Liaise with other departments as necessary to maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of new technology being deployed.</li>
<li>Ensure constant compliance with OSHA safety standards.</li>
<li>Preform Pre-Construction Ride out to ensure proposed project can be constructed as designed. To include Cabinet locations, Tree Trimming, Aerial Pole Line verification, Bore Rig placement and any other hazards that could potentially Roadblock Construction.</li>
<li>Perform construction inspections for quality control in accordance with Tillman FiberCo’s Technical Quality Assurance (TQA) standards.</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records (As Built) as project progresses through the construction phase.</li>
<li>Verify that property restoral is consistent with Tillmans FiberCo’s standard practice.</li>
<li>Operate test equipment as needed to verify optical levels are set as designed.</li>
<li>Document (in still image and/or video) that aerial construction, underground vaults, and cabinets have been built and installed as specified by customer.</li>
<li>Prepare work orders to resolve any element in the plant that does not meet specifications.</li>
<li>Communicate with Project Manager or designated Supervisor regarding concerns about construction progress.</li>
<li>Ability to work weekends or a second shift as the business needs dictate.</li>
<li>Perform emergency locates as necessary.</li>
<li>Adhere to industry specific local, state, and federal regulations, as applicable such as Traffic Control.</li>

This role also oversees Hammock Hollow operations and provides strategic leadership for volunteer garden guide development.

Educational Program Development &amp; Delivery
· Develop and deliver school programs that align with Florida State Standards and reflect Bok Tower Gardens' educational priorities.

· Collaborate with the Marketing Team to develop engaging content for social media platforms that highlight the garden education programs and initiatives. 
· Translate observations from daily Garden experiences into meaningful educational messaging.
· Regularly evaluate programs using surveys, stakeholder input, and visitor data.
 
Visitor Engagement &amp; Interpretation
· Partner with Visitor Engagement Assistants (VEAs) and Marketing to elevate interpretive moments throughout the Garden.
· Create tools and materials to help frontline staff and volunteers enhance visitor experiences.
· Lead seasonal planning to identify key horticultural or cultural themes that inform programming.
 
Field Trip &amp; Event Logistics
· Manage all logistics for school field trips, including reservations, scheduling, communication, and payment.
· Ensure proper documentation, data entry (e.g., Altru, espace), and reporting for school and adult programs.
· Oversee the creation, distribution, and evaluation of educator materials.
 
Hammock Hollow Operations
· Perform routine inspections and coordinate maintenance of physical structures.
· Ensure daily opening/closing and stocking of educational and play materials.
· Oversee volunteer support and repairs for costumes, props, and interpretive tools.
 
Administrative &amp; Reporting
· Maintain weekly education team schedule and share with Visitor Engagement team.
· Provide data and narratives for grants, reports, and proposals.

Requirements:

Required:
· Bachelor’s degree in education, Interpretation, Environmental Studies, Museum Studies, or related field
· 3+ years of experience in education programming, preferably in a garden, museum, or environmental setting
· Experience managing teams.

The CT Technologist produces computerized tomographic Radiographs of designated anatomical areas, as requested, in order to provide the radiologists and/or physicians with diagnostic information. The CT Technologist provides quality patient care in relation to the patient's prescribed diagnosis and treatment needs. 
Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION/COMPETENCIES
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Job Title: Heavy Maintenance Representative

Essential Functions:

<li>Participates in the company's Safety Management System (SMS) in accordance with the responsibilities detailed in the Safety Management System Manual.</li>
<li>Supervises and reviews the work of aircraft mechanics at the maintenance facility and ensures a high standard of performance.</li>
<li>Takes action to ensure that personnel are qualified.</li>
<li>Ensure adequate safety precautions are observed in operational performance.</li>
<li>Reviews paperwork generated by the maintenance station for accuracy and completeness.</li>
