The consultant will work in a fast-paced, high-volume ticketing environment and must be comfortable participating in an on-call rotation during the go-live window to support 24/7 inpatient operations.

<li>Report all hazardous conditions and equipment to the Memory Care Director</li>
<li>Assure the equipment is cleaned and properly stored at the end of each shift</li>
<li>Report all burned out light bulbs, exit lights, overhead lights, and emergency call lights to the supervisor as soon as possible on the day they are found.</li>
<li>Report all accidents and incidents as soon as possible to your supervisor, no matter how minor</li>
<li>Maintain the confidentiality of residents’ personal care information</li>
<li>Honor the residents’ personal and property rights</li>
<li>Be knowledgeable and prepared for emergency situations including disasters, fire and other emergencies</li>
<li>Must in company uniform and resident ready at all times</li>

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

<li>CPR certification / First Aid certification</li>
